Why Shipping Containers?
We are a very typical self storage facility with a very unique way of doing business. Why share walls, smells, rodents, bedbugs etc with your self storage neighbors? Shipping containers are inherently wind, rodent, and water tight. At our Hyrum facility, we place individual shipping containers in proximity to one another and rent them to customers. We believe our model of self storage provides the customer the safest, cleanest storage option available.
Shipping containers are built using durable Cor-Ten steel giving each container the capacity to carry up to 60,000 lbs of cargo. After being loaded with cargo, shipping containers cross the ocean on weather exposed ships and still keep their contents safe and dry despite the harsh ocean environment. Long story short – you won’t find a more durable storage option on the market! Additionally, our shipping containers come with an enclosed lock box made of 1/4 inch steel, making them the most secure, most thief resistant self storage option available.
